Our 4th Album is Now Available.

We are so excited and proud to release our 4th album "Modern Old-Time Sounds for the Bluegrass and Folksong Jamboree"! Even the acronym MOTSFTBAFJ is longer than most album titles in their entirety! The albums 12 songs (and the title for that matter) highlight our approach to old-time stringband music, in that, although all music comes from somewhere, it's as much "in the moment" as it is "old". We've drawn on songs and tunes from all over the place (Richard Inman, Marty Robbins, Emmit Lundy, Bill Monroe, Lhasa de Sela, Brennen Leigh and Noel McKay to name a few). The album was recorded mostly live to tape by our good buddy Gavin Gardiner at All Day Coconut Studios in Toronto, and we feel it captures our band spirit to a tee!
